Construction:

The casing is made of thick Mild Steel reinforced with iron angles rivetting, screw joints and welding wherever necessary and painted with attractive grey hammertone or other suitable paint stove enamelled or epoxy powder coated. Heating chamber consists of rectangular shape, totally enclosed muffle baked at 1500°C. The door, counter balanced for easy operation, opens sideways with the hot surface away from the operator. The lower portion of the cabinet is perforated, which helps in protecting the temperature control unit from very high light.

Elements:

Heating elements made of kanthal wire - special high temperature alloy-completely surround the heating chamber, assuring the most uniform distribution of heat and protection of heating elements against damage and chemical deterioration.

Insulation:

Highly efficient, light weight newly developed ceramic fibre wool insulation is helpful in saving the energy. This newly developed insulation helps in reducing the overall size of the furnace and also its weight considerably

Temperature:

a. Measurement: All furnaces are equipped with a Pyrometer or electronic temperature controller to measure temperature upto1000°C.
b. Operation: The furnace can be operated continuously up to 900°C. Temperature is controlled by Simmerstat Energy Regulator fitted in front of the furnace with two indicating lights or with Electronic Temperature Control.

Control Panel:

Prorivded at the lower portion on the front, consists of simmerstat energy regulator or Electronic Temp. Controller two neon lights which glow while the furnace is "ON". Complete with one Pyrometer, Thermocouple, Silver thermal fuse, main cable with power plug to work on 220/230 volts A.C. or with Digital Temperature Controller, thermocouple, silver fuse.

Construction : It is a double-walled cabinet made of mild steel sheet with inner chamber made of thick aluminium sheet or stainless steel sheet. The outer body is finished with durable white-enamel paint after a coat of rust proofing primer or epoxy powder coated.

Insulation: The gap of 3" (75mm) between the two walls is filled with superior quality glass wool which is sufficient enough to help avoid any appreciable heat-loss at any stage of working

Heating System : Heating elements are placed in ribs at the bottom and sides which help in giving the chamber uniform heating. RIB HEAT RADIATION SYSTEM.

Shelves : Shelves are made of heavy gauge perforated aluminium or stainless steel sheet (stainless sheet shelves in case of stainless steel chambers) with turned edges on front and back to give added rigidity.

Door: The sturdy door has the same basic construction as the main body.

Temp. Control : Automatic by superior quality hydraulic thermostat from slightly above ambient to 250°C± 1 °C

Ventilation: Very efficient ventilation is provided on two sides of the Oven.

Supplied complete with: 2 meter cable, plug and socket suitable for operation on 220/230 volts AC.

INTRODUCTION

MC-2245 MATRI HOT AIR OVEN is fitted with electronically devised solid state temperature indicator-cum-controller for measuring as well as controlling process temperature. The temperature is displayed directly in digits on a rugged and aesthetically designed LED DISPLAY. No SYSTEM mechanical vibrations affect the measurement. Large bright LED display ensures long distance readability

CONSTRUCTION

A triple-walled cabinet, working chamber made of polished stainless steel sheet or aluminium sheet and outer body and the heaters chamber of thick CR mild steel sheet, duly finished in pleasing shades (of your choice, if indicated) after a coat of red oxide primer or powder coated. The door of the oven is fitted with toughened viewing glass which helps in observing the samples inside without disturbing thermal condition. Door is fitted with new push button locking system.

INSULATION

The cavity of 3" between the two walls is fitted with pure gears wool which is sufficient enough to prevent any appreciable heat loss at any stage of working.

HEATING SYSTEM

Strip heaters are fitted on two sides proportionately distributed as per the requirement of the process control system.

FORCED AIR BLOWER

A motorised fan is provided for circulation of heated air and uniformity of temperature inside the chamber.

AIR VENTILATORS

Adjustable air ventilator(s) is (are) provided on the top panel to help clear off the hot moist air of the chamber.

INDICATOR SWITCHES

Two modern indicator switches are provided on the control panel for controlling the mains supply and heaters and blowers.

TRAYS

Two perforated trays of aluminium / stainless steel are supplied with the equipment. Additional trays could be had at extra cost.
